Chief Executive Officer

Rondine Boudreaux is the Chief Executive Officer. Born in Belize City, she moved to Canada as a toddler and returned to Belize as a preteen. She continued her education in the U.S. and is a retired Lieutenant Colonel and a 26-year veteran of the United States Army Nurse Corps. Her extensive military career took her to Germany and Africa, where she held various leadership positions, including Company Commander and Medical Readiness Chief. Post-retirement, Rondine joined the Veteran’s Health Administration in New Orleans. She has been recognized as one of the Great 100 Nurses in Louisiana and an honoree of the Celebration of Women for her community advocacy work.

Arlee Williams is the Listings & Sales Manager, who was born and raised in Independence Village. Growing up as the seventh of nine children, she developed a sense of community and resilience. As a teenager, she explored Belize while working for her father's tour company, which sparked her curiosity about the world. Arlee has a vast knowledge of customer service, hospitality, and marketing, and a strong desire to help others. She was excited to join the 4 Queens team and is dedicated to helping people find their piece of paradise.

Evalee Skeen Engleton is the Special Projects & Operations Officer at 4 Queens Key Realty. Born in Belize City, she has a background in business administration and social work. A long-time member of the Anglican Diocese of Belize, she has a decades-long passion for community service. Evalee is well-known for her involvement in Belizean cultural expression, including over 40 years as a carnival connoisseur and being a founding member of Belize Women for Cultural Preservation, which later became the Erotic Mas Band. She is also the Chairperson of the St. George's Caye Day Society and has served on the National Celebrations Commission, as well as with the Queen of the Bay Committee and Miss Universe Belize. Evalee is recognized for her strong sense of service, leadership, and expertise in logistics.

President

Arlette Gomez is the President of 4 Queens Key Realty. Born in Orange Walk Town, she moved frequently as a child before her family settled in Belize City. Her career spans many fields, including administration, telecommunications, and sales. She found her niche in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she worked with the Protocol Unit to plan and coordinate meetings and also served as a diplomat in Washington D.C. for four years. Arlette is a partner in Travel & Events Guru and is the President of the Lupus and RA Association of Belize. She is also active in her church and has a love for cultural events like Belize's Carnival Road.

Chief Financial Officer

Nancy Mora, the Chief Financial Officer, was born in Belize City but spent her childhood divided between there and San Ignacio, where she was raised by her Mayan grandmother. Her family's experience living in diverse communities, particularly in Punta Gorda, left a lasting impression. After moving to the U.S., she lived in various cities, including Chicago, Portland, and Los Angeles. A passionate reader and aspiring author, Nancy is committed to making real estate more accessible for Belizeans and inspiring those living abroad to return to their homeland. Through her work, she aims to foster a stronger connection between Belizeans and their roots while promoting community growth.
